RECRUITING FOR COMMUNITY STUDY!
Now officially recruiting for community circles to understand how Native women survivors of intimate partner violence seek support.
And intimate partner is anyone that you’ve had and intimate relationship with: a fling, partner, spouse, ex, friend with benefit, etc.
Violence includes physical, verbal, psychological, and stalking.
This project is IMPOSSIBLE without the collaboration of Monique at @indigenouscircleofwellness and Dr. Carrie Johnson at Seven Generations of the United American Indian Involvement, Inc.
WHO?
Eligibility:
- Identify as American Indian/Alaska Native
- Identify as woman/female
- 18 to 64 years old
- Experienced violence from an intimate partner
- Reside in California
WHEN?
There are TWO dates available. You can choose one depending on availability.
OPTION 1: January 28 at 10-12pm PST
OPTION 2: February 4 at 1-3pm PST
WHERE?
All groups will be held via Zoom.
*This is not a support group therapy session. However, a Native mental health professional will be present.
